Registration Notes

  1. Multiple registrants can be entered during the same online registration session. Save the information for each registrant by clicking the SAVE REGISTRANT button. You then will have the option to Add Another Registrant or to Continue to Billing. 
  2. Payment may be made by credit card or check. There are NO ADDED FEES for payment by Credit Card.
  3. To complete your Registration, click the SUBMIT button. You will receive an immediate Confirmation of your Registration by email. Your Confirmation also will include a link for booking a hotel room, and information for paying by check.

    Hotel Information

    Book your room at the Rochester Best Western Hotel. A special rate of $139 plus taxes includes breakfast and is available to Convention attendees. The discounted rate is valid through June 30, 2023. You must make room reservations directly with the hotel.

    Complete your Convention Registration first. Then, reserve your room by clicking the Hotel link on your Registration Confirmation or on the Convention Home Page, which will take you to the Hotel's online booking site. You also can book a room by calling the Hotel directly at 507-289-8866. Be sure to mention the group name "Midwest Hosta Convention" for the special Convention room rate.
